I am develop a two pages ASP.NET
1)input page:
A database call my input page by a querystring, I open querystring list all items in my form then save data in database table via a stored Procedure. Save and send email to user with with a link to my display page? User edit got the link and open the display page:

2)Display Page:
Open thispage, with Request.querystring from and reload data from table in database, all the items will show , then checked on three different set of check boxes and input comment in textbox save and e-mail to other person in accounting department.
