We can make forms... no problem, it is a problem to have a form online that a user would fill out and when he hits submit have it send me the information in an email. How do you do that?

Have a look at the $_POST

Have a look at the $_POST variables video here:

Are you able to combine those two concepts?

First create a form.
Make it post to the same page
At the top, handle the $_POST variables.
Email the $_POST variables to an email address
